The issues not mentioned in the rules of rent are resolved in accordance to the Civil Code of Ukraine. Rules of Daily Apartment Reservation: We reserve any apartment that is advertised on http://www.rentinkiev.com.ua/ and is vacant in a given time. To inquire if an apartment is vacant fill the reservation form or call 044222 6515 in Kiev. If the apartment you are interested in is already occupied our manager will offer you apartments to choose. To confirm the reservation you should pay the first day rent price. This amount is part of the rental and is subtracted at the final rent payment. Methods of reservation payments Cashless payment (banking account in Ukraine) Reservation payment in cash directly in our office in Kiev You will be informed of the essential elements on money order on by an email letter by our manager. If you reserve an apartment on holidays reservation means full-time rent payment. In case of arrival or departure date changes we cancel reservation without recovery of any expenses. In case of refusal of reservation or putting off reservation dates the reservation amount is not returned. We do not change reservation dates. The day you occupy the apartment you should pay for all rent days excluding the amount paid on the account of reservation (i.e. the residence is pre-paid without fail) The reservation is valid only after pre-payment. After getting pre-payment or a letter with the essential elements of money order you’ll get a letter with confirmation of reservation, arrival and departure dates, apartment address. The apartment is sublet to you starting from 13:00 (or earlier with payment for previous rent day) You should vacate the apartment before 12:00 of the last paid day (later only with additional payment for half a day or full day depending on the administrator’s decision) The reservation is not valid without pre-payment, be attentive sending the data on your money order. If we do not get the transfer, you occupy the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is reserved until 20:00 of the first paid day but for another understanding with the Rentor. In case of cancelling the reservation or changing the arrival date the pre-paid amount is not returned. If you leave before the end of reservation period the pre-paid amount is not returned. In case you do not like the reserved apartment we’ll give you other apartments to choose the next day of residence. In case of force majeur (wreck in the house, absence of water, central heating, electricity, restraining orders, accidents in the street etc.) the apartment will be replaced by an equivalent one for the same price. We 100% guarantee that you occupy the reserved apartment but for force majeur. After the payment you will be given a rent receipt which is a full value confirmation paper for the accounting department. Rules of apartment rent: We lease apartments daily for residence. If you rent an apartment for other purposes (office, meeting, birthday party, shooting etc.) you should notify our manager in advance. In this case the price review is possible towards its increase. If you arrive with pets you should notify our manager. In this case the price review is possible towards its increase or denial of rent without deposit back. If you ordered a transfer from airport or railway station you will be welcomed by our driver with a “Rent in Kiev” tablet near the exit of airport terminal or near the car on the railway station. The moment you occupy the apartment you sign the daily rent agreement, pay for full period of your residence and an insurance payment of $50 which you’ll be paid back on the departure day, get an information paper with the address and phone number of the rented apartment and keys. We accept payment in hryvnia. If you do not have cash you may draw out the money from your credit card (Visa, MasterCard) in any ATM and exchange travel checks in any bank. On your departure day our manager will arrive in the apartment to take the keys and check the intactness of equipment and furniture. The prices on our web site are given in dollars per day of rent (the day is considered from 13:00 until 12:00 of the next day). The price is given per whole apartment and not the number of persons that live in it. Bedding and kitchen equipment, towels, electricity, running hot and cool water, use of city phone number are included, as well as apartment cleaning with bedding and towel change once in three days on suitable time.
